You visit our website and click “Book Your Discovery Call.”

You’ll automatically receive an online form with pre-discovery call questions (please complete this before your call).

You’ll receive a Zoom invite from hi@thewellnesscartel.com for your 30–45 minute Discovery Call.

On the call, we’ll talk through your goals and lifestyle, and you’ll choose one of the following coaching plans if you’re ready to get started:
   A. Wellness Nutrition
   B. Wellness Nutrition & Movement
   C. Wellness Performance

After the call, you’ll be sent an onboarding form and asked to confirm your registered TrueCoach email address.

Once set up in TrueCoach, you’ll receive a payment link or invoice within the app.

Upon payment, your coaching journey begins — with everything delivered and managed through TrueCoach.

Your first week is a data-gathering phase to set you up for long-term success.
